This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for VELOR VPN subscriptions.
Refund eligibility
Refund requests may be reviewed if the service was not delivered after confirmed payment or if a technical issue prevents access and our support team cannot resolve it.
Non-refundable cases
- Completed and delivered subscriptions that have already been used.
- Issues caused by customer device settings, third-party restrictions or local network blocking outside our control.
- Violations of the Terms of Service.

Contact us at [email protected] or through @VelorSupportBot. Include your Telegram username, payment details and a description of the issue.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible.
